Disposition:
♥ Bombastic - Everything about Leblanc, from the way she dresses to the way she carries herself about, is loud. She craves being the center of attention and could never relegate herself to a plain, boring life. While few details about her past are ever given, she certainly didn't start out famous, and appears to be jealous of Yuna's global fame to the point that Leblanc steals her identity to perform in her place at a concert. She'll do whatever it takes to get noticed, and fight and claw her way to the top of any competition. She won't necessarily succeed, but she'll definitely go all out.
♥ Conniving - Leblanc's code of ethics is basically nonexistant. She'll lie, cheat, steal, fight, and do it all without feeling a shred of guilt. Most of her crimes are motivated entirely by passion -- whether to upstage Yuna or earn the attention and favor of Nooj -- rather than any true sense of malice or evil. As such, she's better described as mischievous. Or annoying. She might be more of a threat if her goons weren't so incompetent, but even then, she's not as talented as she thinks she is either. Leblanc accuses Yuna of being a goody-goody, but she too rushes off to save Spira in a heartbeat, so she's not all that bad herself.
♥ Bossy - Leblanc has no difficulty speaking her mind and making her demands known. She often insults and/or smacks her subordinates when they fail or displease her. She issues orders at the drop of a hat to anyone, even rivals and complete strangers, expecting immediate obedience. Even when defeated or at a significant disadvantage, she flips the script and insists that it's because she's 'sparing' her opponents while running away.
♥ Passionate - There's likely a good reason why Leblanc bears the heart motif of the four card suites (YRP's Lady Luck dresspheres are spade, club, and diamond). She's even incorporated hearts into the emblem of her Syndicate. She's exceptionally driven, and seems highly motivated by love. Her crush on Nooj is what drove her to be a sphere hunter in the first place. Whatever she tries to do, she gives her all. It takes multiple defeats at the hands of the Gullwings before Leblanc finally gives up trying to fight them, and even then, she flips sides in a heartbeat and orders Yuna to save Spira before making herself at home on YRP's airship.
♥ Compassionate - Despite her screaming abuse, all of Leblanc's employees in the Leblanc Syndicate love her, and gush about how she took them in when they had nowhere else to go. She even provides benefit packages for them. Her followers obey out of a sense of fear, loyalty, and gratitude. Leblanc has a soft spot for anyone who needs her, the more helpless the better. For Leblanc, pity and love go hand in hand, and the more pathetic someone is, the more likely Leblanc is to sweep them up into her employ and give them the home and (very weird) family they never had.

Under pressure: Leblanc isn't at all shy, and her biggest hang-up is simply that she huffs at being told what to do. As long as she's able to gather manna on her own terms, she'll probably manage just fine. She adores massages, and likely physical touch in general. My plans for her are to open a host club/bar/burlesque called "Love Tap" (get it?), where she offers jobs to people who are otherwise having a difficult time acclimating. They don't have to be hosts/hostesses either, she'll take care of them all. She may run into trouble with law enforcement since she clearly sees nothing wrong with stealing and causing mischief to serve her own self-interests. Ideally I would like to allow her to develop an infatuation for a small number of male characters (one to five at most) that she'll adore and completely devote herself to at any cost.

Condition upon arrival: Perfectly healthy, nothing to worry about!

Abilities: Leblanc has an assortment of low-level spells and abilities, best used in conjuction with her henchmen of choice. FFX-2 doesn't go into great detail about how she got these spells or how she accesses them; we assume there's a dressphere at play but what she has is a mish-mash of key abilities. Listed below are the abilities she exhibits as well as my best guess as to how it works and what the limits are wherever canon fails to elaborate.
Black Magic - Leblanc can cast Thunder and Fira (fire), and when she activates a cooperative attack with her minions Logos and Ormi, she can conjure up a twister that sweeps up her opponent and spins them around helplessly. Sonic Fan deals mild non-elemental damage. She also has Osmose, which absorbs magic power from others to replenish her own (could possibly absorb manna in this fashion with mod and player permission).
White Magic - She can cast a limited number of healing and status effect nulling spells, such as White Wind and Not-So-Mighty Guard (no that's legit what it's called). 'Love Tap' grants Haste to an ally when she slaps them in the face with her fan.
Impersonation - Leblanc can disguise herself with the same appearance and voice of another person. This ability is only used once in the game, and it's unclear if it's because Leblanc was using Yuna's stolen garment grid or if it's magic she knows how to cast. Because it would be fun to use for mini-plot purposes, I'm going to choose 'magic' instead of stolen garment grid so she can upstage people and assume other people's identities to cause mischief (with player/mod permission, naturally).

Inventory: Hook-tipped fan + Garment Grid with a small assortment of Dresspheres (Lady Luck, White Mage, Black Mage, Thief). Also a small supply of Flash Bombs and Hush Grenades so she can make an expedient escape to avoid jail time (deals temporary blindness and muteness respectively).
